How to have everything Thrivine holds about you deleted, and how to check that it was.
Sign in and go to Settings → Account → Close account. It asks for your password, then deletes your account, your workspaces, every post and upload in them, and every connected channel. It cannot be undone.
If you own a workspace other people are still working in, you will be asked to make someone else the owner first — otherwise closing your account would take their work with it.
Channels → Disconnect removes that account’s stored access immediately. Posts that were only going there are removed with it, because they have nowhere left to publish.
On Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find Thrivine, and choose Remove with the delete-my-data option. Facebook passes the request to us, we act on it straight away, and Facebook shows you a link back to this page with a confirmation code so you can check.
Email hello@growvine.tech from the address on the account. We will do it by hand and confirm when it is done.
