Using Thrivine means agreeing to this page. It is between you and Growvine, of Dhaka, Bangladesh. If you are using it on behalf of a company, you are confirming you are allowed to agree on its behalf.

Keep your password to yourself; anything done from your account is treated as done by you. Tell us at hello@growvine.tech if you think someone else has got in, and we will end every session on it.

You need to be 16 or older, and the details you give us need to be real ones.

You may only connect accounts you own or are authorised to manage. Connecting a channel gives Thrivine permission to publish to it on your instruction — nothing is ever posted that you did not schedule.

Each network has its own rules, and they apply to anything you publish through us. If a network suspends or restricts an account, that is between you and them; we can tell you what error they returned, and that is the extent of what we know.

Your content stays yours. You give us permission to store it and send it to the networks you chose, which is the only thing we do with it.

You are responsible for what you publish, including having the rights to the images and video you upload. Do not use Thrivine to publish anything unlawful, to impersonate someone, to run coordinated inauthentic activity across accounts, or to send spam. We will close an account being used that way.

We work hard to publish your posts at the time you asked. We cannot guarantee it. A network can be down, change its rules, rate-limit us, or reject a post for reasons it does not explain. When that happens you will see the failure and the reason on the post itself rather than finding out from a customer.

Thrivine is provided as it is. We are not liable for lost sales, missed campaigns or reputational harm arising from a post that did not go out — schedule accordingly for anything time-critical.

We may change the product, and will give notice before removing something you rely on. If we ever shut Thrivine down we will give at least 30 days’ notice and a way to export your posts.

You can close your account whenever you like, from Settings → Account. Everything is deleted; see the privacy page for exactly what that covers.

We may suspend an account that is being used to break these terms or a network’s rules. Where we can, we will tell you why first.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
